Madhumita Santhanam joined UVNR in November 2024 through the Public Allies Program, a 10-month nonprofit apprenticeship program. She was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico and is of Indian descent.Madhumita Santhanam joined UVNR in November 2024 through the Public Allies Program, a 10-month nonprofit apprenticeship that is part of AmeriCorps, a national service initiative aimed at strengthening communities. As a Public Ally, Madhumita developed leadership and professional skills while working directly with UVNR’s mission to support newcomers. Born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, she proudly celebrates her Indian heritage.
